A pool filled with water will be the reservoir that holds most of the water. In the bottom of the pool place a pump with a hose attached to cycle the water up through the center that will allow it to stream out the top and fill each bowl then overflow into the pool.
You will need to find the pool or reservoir in your area. Look at a farm store for a metal tank that can be buried below the ground or set right on the ground surface then add rock or bricks around the outside to cover it. Garden stores will often carry pools for fish ponds or I have seen heavy rubber liners used then supported by landscaping bricks. Do call us if you would like more info.
