Each of the items sold here are of a unique nature to ship, either by
size or weight. We suggest Ground shipment through FedEx on most orders. They can not ship to a Post Office Box
so we require your complete
address. The drivers will be instructed to deliver without a signature from you.
Many of our items are too large to ship ground so we will call several freight brokers to find the least amount of shipping for the item or items to you. Freight shipments need to be for signed by an adult when delivered to you or the insurance that we would have on the purchase would be void.
We will calculate the least expensive method of insured shipment for you and
that amount will be added to your invoice. Multiple items ordered at the same time and shipped to the same address will be combined if
possible to save on shipping costs.
6.50% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to IL.
We will be happy to ship to addresses other than your own. Our items do make wonderful gifts!
We will process your shipment ASAP. Normally within a few days. Items that need to be painted to fit your needs or items that are customized might take a few more days. Occasionally we do run out of stock on some products and have to wait on deliveries. Measurements may vary as many of our items are handmade and unique.

A Rustic Garden limits your return payments to the cost of the items only. No shipping costs will be refunded. Items need to be returned at buyers expense in original condition before refunds are made. Re-stocking fees may be applied to orders with custom cutting or welding. Items that are painted or take extensive amount of time to process to insure safe deliveries will also be subject to re-stocking fees.
NO PART OF THE SELLING PRICE WILL BE REFUNDED IF:
-A customer puts a deposit on an item to hold it.
-A customer delays shipments for a later delivery date after paying in full.
-A customer breaks up the cost of the item in multiple payments whether part or all of the item has been paid.
In the event that an item arrives damaged from the transit, customer's will have 10 days from the time of delivery to report the damage to us with photos to document. We will always stand behind our products and replace or repair any items damaged during shipping.
